1. Refund Eligibility

Digital Educational Resources

Our services consist of digital educational content and guidance. Once access is provided, refunds may not always be available.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If you were charged incorrectly

  • If you purchased the wrong plan by mistake

  • If the service did not work due to technical issues

2. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within:

7days of purchase.

Refund requests after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at: contact@brainstudents.com.

  2. Include your order ID and reason for the refund.

  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Approval

We may approve a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once

  • The service didn’t work due to technical issues

  • You were billed for a plan you didn’t purchase

We may deny refunds if:

  • You accessed and used the educational content
  • You violated our Terms & Conditions

  • You requested a refund after the allowed timeframe

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit card

  • PayPal

  • UPI/Netbanking (if applicable)

Refund processing time may take 3–5 business days depending on the payment provider.

6. Subscription Refunds

For subscription plans:

  • No refunds after the subscription is already used

  • You can cancel anytime to stop future payments

  • Cancelation does not refund the current billing cycle

7. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered, such as:

  • If you used the service for a short period

  • If only part of the service failed

8. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page.
